WallyPark opened a newer parking garage just south of SeaTac Airport. It officially opened on November 15, 2010.
The four–story state–of–the–art facility has over 1,500 covered and uncovered parking spots with both self–parking and valet services.
The facility offers guests a range of services including car wash, detailing, window tinting, and oil changes.
WallyPark also offers a WallyClub Frequent Parker program that provides frequent travelers with exclusive savings, discounts, and other benefits.
The parking structure also adds over 16,000 square feet of retail space to the SeaTac Airport Corridor.
The structure offers restaurants and other service businesses providing additional amenities for travelers, airport employees, and local visitors.
The garage is only about one block south of the southern entrance to SeaTac's terminal.
The eye-catching new structure, which is known as the premier garage, is WallyPark's third facility by SeaTac Airport. The other two are WallyPark Self Park and WallyPark valet.
WallyPark's premier garage has a glass facade, a water feature, and landscaping that enhances International Boulevard and the southern entrance to SeaTac. The building's address is 18613 International Boulevard.
WallyPark's premier garage advertises stated daily rates are $12.95 for uncovered rooftop parking, $14.95 for covered garage parking, and $16.95 for valet services.
However, prices may vary customers can save by using coupons and being a frequent traveler. WallyPark also offers 15% discounts to U.S. Military members and Senior Citizens over 55.

WallyPark Self Park, which is located about a block south of the premier garage, has current posted daily rates of $10.95 per day and a low weekly rate of $59.95. This is about $9 per day plus taxes and fees for a 7–day period, making it a cheap SeaTac parking option.
The opening of the WallyPark premier garage opens up new choices for SeaTac travelers. It is certainly much less expensive than parking a block north next to the airport.
In comparison, the Sea-Tac Airport Garage operated by the Port of Seattle, charges $39 per day for general parking or a weekly rate of about $180 for up to 7 days.
